do you still do custom hand embroidery?

there’s an item I’d like to purchase but it is sold out. how often do you restock?

all items are limited quantities and restocks are kept to a minimum to avoid any excess inventory/waste. follow me on instagram for the latest on item drops and restocks!

how long does shipping take?

before an item is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. once an item is shipped, typical delivery time through USPS is up to 5 business days for US orders and 3-5 weeks for international.

where is my package?

you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. please reach out to USPS directly for any additional information in regard to tracking and/or estimated delivery, as it is beyond my visibility after the package is shipped!

what is your return/exchange policy?

unless an item is defective or has been damaged in transit, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

there is something wrong with my order. what should I do?
